The purpose of the processing and legitimate interest for which your data has been collected is to process your application and verify the data collected, as well as, in the case of being awarded the grant, to establish communication with you during the execution of the project and, afterwards, to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions established pertaining the execution of the project.

The collected data shall not be disclosed to third parties except for the cases in which there exists a legal obligation nor will they be stored longer than is necessary for the attainment of their purpose.

You have the right of access, rectification, suppression and portability of your data, and the limitation or opposition to their processing, by sending an email together with an official identification document to the email address: legal@fundacionartdecor.org. You may also do this in person, at the address of the Foundation abovementioned.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Control Authority, in our case, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, especially if you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
